Ms. Teresa “Rita” Ann Wheeler, 58, of Hartwell, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM on Saturday May 9, 2026, at Holy Calvary MRF in Lavonia, Georgia.

Burial will be in the church cemetery. Rita will lie in state one hour prior to the service from 2:00 – 3:00 PM.
