Mr. Nicholas E. “Nick” Vassar, 34, of Hartwell, Georgia, died on Friday, March 8, 2013, at his home.  Memorial services will be Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at 2pm in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell.  The family will receive friends from 1-2pm on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at Strickland Funeral Home – Hartwell Chapel.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.  On-line condolences may also be sent to the family by visiting www.stricklandfh.com.  Strickland Funeral Home – Hartwell Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
