Mrs. Bobbie Mitchell Burns Sullivan, 77 of Carnesville, Ga. passed away Sunday December 9, 2012 at the Ty Cob Medical Center,Lavonia, Ga. Services will be Tuesday afternoon at 1 pm at the Carnesville United Methodist Church. Interment will be in the Franklin Memorial Gardens North. The family is at the home. They will receive friends a the funeral home from 11 am until 1 pm Tuesday prior to the service.
