Mrs. Mary Hendrix Strickland, 82, of Canon, GA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at her home.

The family will receive friends Thursday afternoon from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. At other times, the family will be at their respective home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Strickland will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be held in the Redwine church cemetery.

Flowers are optional, and memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge of Atlanta.
