Mrs. Martha Nell Eller Oakley, age 79 of Toccoa, Ga. passed away Saturday May 18, 2013 at Sara Owens Personal Care Home. Funeral Services will be held at 2 pm Tuesday May 21, 2013 at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Toccoa. Burial will follow at Stephens Memorial Gardens in Toccoa. The family will receive friends at Whitlock  Mortuary from 2 pm until 4 pm and 6 pm until 8 pm Monday May 20, 2013. Whitlock Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements. www.whitlockmortuary.net.
