Joe Roane

Mr. Joe C. Roane, 84, of Carnesville, Georgia, died on Friday, April 12, 2019, at the Piedmont Athens Medical Center.  Funeral services will be Monday, April 15, 2019, at 11am at the Broad River Baptist Church.
