Mr. Joe Elbert Ridgeway, 86 of Royston, Ga. passed away Wednesday February 13, 2013 at The Gables at Cobb Village in Royston, Ga. Memorial services will be held at 2 pm Saturday February 16, 2013 at the Royston First United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church fellowship hall. The family is at their respective homes. Pruitt Funeral Home in Royston, Ga is in charge of arrangements.
