James Culpepper

Mr. James L. Culpepper, 82, formerly of Lavonia, Georgia, died on Friday, February 15, 2013, at Heritage Healthcare of Toccoa.  Funeral services will be held at 4pm on Sunday, February 17, 2013, at the Lavonia Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery in Carnesville, Georgia. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home – Lavonia Chapel where the family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 2pm on Sunday, February 17, 2013.
