Mr “Jack” Robert Willis, 79 of Elberton, Ga. died Tuesday February 5, 2013 at his home. Funeral Services will be Friday February 8, 2013 at 11 am in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Concord United Methodist Church Cemetery. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 7 pm to 9 pm on Thursday.
