Mr. Howard Cobb Patrick, 91 of Hartwell, Ga. died Saturday December 15, 2012 at Ty Cobb Regional Medical Center. Memorial Services  will be held Wednesday December 19, 2012 at First Baptist Church in Statesboro, Ga.
