Mrs. Elaine Crump Rowland, 70, of Hartwell, died on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at St. Mary’s Sacred Heart Hospital, Lavonia, Georgia.  It was Elaine’s wishes to be cremated, and a memorial service celebrating her life will be held Monday, November 22, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of the Strickland Funeral Home in Hartwell.  At other times, the family is at their respective homes.  Online condolences may also be sent to the family by visiting www.stricklandfh.com.  Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell, Georgia, is in charge of all arrangements.
