Mrs. Valerie Denise Hill McGill, 61, of Lavonia, Georgia, died on Friday, April 23, 2021 at her home.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 26, 2021 at Compassion Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in Franklin Memorial Gardens.  The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Lavonia where the family will receive friends on Sunday, April 25, 2021, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.  Online condolences may also be sent to the family by visiting www.stricklandfh.com.  Strickland Funeral Home – Lavonia Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
