Mr. Coy Mattox, age 84 of Hartwell, Georgia, died on Friday, November 19, 2021, at Elbert Memorial Hospital in Elberton, Georgia. Funeral services will be Friday, November 26, 2021 at Two o’clock in the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. Burial will be in Rucker’s Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
