Mr. Charles Lee “Charlie” Hilley, 46, of Hartwell, passed away Saturday, January 19, 2019 at his home. A gathering to celebrate Charlie’s life will Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. The Strickland Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
