Carnesville Man Indicted for Theft By Deception

A Carnesville man has been indicted on felony Theft by Deception charges after he allegedly bilked at least one customer out of almost $8,000 for cabinets he never delivered. A Franklin County Grand Jury indicted Joe Graham, of 2130 Hwy 145, Carnesville last week.
