Ice on the transmitter overnight has knocked the station off the air.  As of 9a, Georgia Power crews in the area of our transmitter were working to restore power to the transmitter and the entire surrounding area.  We hope to be back on the air soon. We regret the inconvenience.

The freezing rain and ice that was supposed to bypass Franklin and Hart Counties marched through late Monday afternoon and evening, leaving behind a trail of power outages, accidents, and downed trees. Falling and downed trees are the major source of problems in Franklin and Stephens Counties. Franklin County Sheriff Stevie Thomas said Carnesville was hit hard with trees reportedly in the roadways.
