Commerce Man Charged With Burglaries in Jackson County

A Commerce man is behind bars in Jackson County, charged in a series of home burglaries. Jackson County Sheriff Janis Mangum said 32-year old Santos Rivera is charged with burglarizing three homes in the Commerce/Maysville area and faces a fourth burglary charge.
