Mr. Billy O. Fleming Sr., 90 of Decatur, Ga. died Wednesday May 15, 2013 at his home. Graveside Services will be Saturday May 18, 2013 at 2 pm at the Nancy Hart Memorial Park. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell, where the family will receive friends from 12 noon to 1:30 pm Saturday afternoon.
