Mr. Billy Herman Dowell Sr. age 64, of Hartwell, Ga. died Wednesday May 22, 2013 at his home. Funeral services will be Friday May 24 at a time to be announced in the Chapel of Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell. Burial will be in the Milltown Baptist Church Cemetery. The body is at Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell where the family will receive friends from 7 pm to 9 pm Thursday evening. Strickland Funeral Home of Hartwell is in charge of all arrangements.
