Arlin Williams

Arlin Williams, 79, of Toccoa,Ga. passed away Wednesday November 6, 2013 at his home. Services will be Saturday morning at 11 am at the New Hope Baptist Church. Interment will be in the Stephens Memorial Park. The body is at Ginn Funeral Home Carnesville and will be placed in the church at 10 am Saturday morning.
