2/7/20 Pet of the Week

Hope is a three-year-old Heeler/Stafford Terrier mix. She is spayed, heartworm negative, micro chipped, appropriately vaccinated and treated for parasites. An unclaimed stray at Northeast Georgia Animal Shelter, she touched the hearts of our volunteers. Hope is loving to people but her strong dislike of other dogs and cats has caused her to miss out on adoption opportunities. Her extended time at the humane society kennel has kept her safe but isolation is causing increased depression each day. Hope is a devoted companion and wants desperately to have a person of her own to love and protect. A family without small children, other dogs or cats and a fenced yard would be the best home for Hope. If you think Hope could be your new best friend, please call or text 706-436-0965 or email [email protected].
